The medtech company Sensodetect announces that board chair Pia Kinhult and board member Tore Robertsson have submitted their own resignations from the board. This is stated in a press release. The company therefore currently does not meet the applicable requirements for the composition of the board.In view of this, Sensodetect will call an extraordinary general meeting as soon as possible to elect new board members. The company will follow up with a notice.
