Mendole A/S (“Mendole” or “the Company”) today announces the successful completion of its initial public offering (IPO) on Spotlight Stock Market. The offering was met with strong investor interest and was subscribed to approximately 153%, corresponding to total subscription commitments of approximately DKK 6.1 million.
 
In total, 275 new investors subscribed for shares in Mendole. Following the IPO, the Company will have a total shareholder base of over 400 investors.
 
As previously announced, the offering comprised 500,000 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 8 per share, corresponding to gross proceeds of DKK 4 million before transaction costs

Allocation

The Company has decided to allocate shares to ensure all investors receive at least the minimum subscription amount of 250 shares (corresponding to DKK 2,000), with the remaining shares allocated pro rata relative to each investor’s subscription amount.

First day of trading and event

The first day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market is expected to take place on October 29, 2025, under the ticker MENDO and ISIN DK0064307672.
To mark the occasion, the Company will host a bell-ringing event on the morning of October 29 to celebrate the listing. Investors and stakeholders interested in attending are welcome to contact investor@mendole.com for details.
