Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) has entered into a financing agreement with Aros Kapital AB totaling SEK 25 million, comprising a revolving credit facility of SEK 20 million and a term loan of SEK 5 million.

The SEK 5 million term loan refinances an existing facility previously held with Swedbank. The purpose of the SEK 20 million revolving credit facility is to provide liquidity flexibility during the production period of the TMNT project, as a significant portion of the contracted development funding is scheduled for payment near the end of the development cycle in 2026.

The revolving credit facility matures on April 30, 2026, and bears interest at a floating rate, currently totaling 9.982% p.a. (2.982% base rate + 7% margin). The term loan runs for 60 months, with monthly amortizations and identical interest terms. Both facilities are secured by a company mortgage of SEK 25 million.

The facility is directly secured against a fully contracted funding agreement, which provides strong visibility on repayment and minimizes financial risk for Beyond Frames,” says Ace St. Germain, CEO of Beyond Frames.

The financing agreement includes standard financial undertakings, including restrictions on dividends, additional indebtedness, and related party transactions without lender consent, as well as quarterly financial reporting obligations.
