The real estate project investment platform Tessin Nordic announces that board member Hanna Clerkestam has resigned at her own request with immediate effect for personal reasons. The Board thereafter consists of three members, which complies with the Articles of Association but not with Spotlight Stock Market's listing requirement of at least four members. A new board member is therefore planned to be appointed at an extraordinary general meeting in the autumn.
