Research company Aptahem has entered into a commercial partnership agreement with Jarlen Capital to strengthen its efforts in out-licensing and commercial partnerships. Jarlen will identify and approach potential licensees and partners. The agreement includes no fixed or ongoing remuneration. Remuneration will be paid as an agreed success fee only if the work leads to a transaction in which Aptahem receives an upfront payment.
