Shareholders in game developer Beyond Frames are called to an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm on September 17.The board proposes that the meeting resolve on a directed share issue of no more than 6.0 million shares at a subscription price of SEK 1.70 per share. The board also seeks authorization from the meeting to issue new shares, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares of no more than 50 percent.
