The real estate project investment platform Tessin Nordic has decided on cost-saving measures which, once fully implemented, are expected to reduce the company's expenses by approximately SEK 6 million annually. The full effect is expected in the third quarter of 2027, according to a press release. The measures include staff reductions as well as lower expenses for consultants, advisory services, premises, licenses and IT systems, among other things."It is painful to have to decide on additional cost-saving measures, but it is also absolutely necessary. Tessin's expenses are still adapted to a larger operation than the one we are currently able to run due to the continued weak market for real estate loans. We will continue to streamline the company so that we can return to being a profitable growth company," says Tessin CEO Anders Kumlin.Management has also been tasked with investigating and proposing additional cost-saving measures during the remainder of 2026.
