Search company Eniro is selling all shares in Dynava Group to technology company Servana for SEK 102 million, according to a press release.Servana will pay SEK 50 million in cash at the planned closing on 12 August, while the remaining amount consists of a seller's note with a 24-month maturity.Dynava provides customer service, answering services and directory assistance to larger companies in Sweden and Finland. The business generated revenue of SEK 318 million in 2025, with an ebitda of SEK 12 million. "We have had two different businesses under the same roof for many years. Servana's latest closing price was SEK 0.01 per share. The issue entails dilution of 14.7 percent of the capital and votes in Servana.
