The modular housing company Zenergy has signed a letter of intent with RSG Stockholm for long-term cooperation on modular construction solutions. The parties have identified a project portfolio of approximately 360 apartments and 26,000 square metres of BOA. The volumes are not guaranteed orders. The ambition is to sign a cooperation or framework agreement within six months.
