(adds final paragraph)Modular housing company Zenergy has entered into a settlement agreement with Mobila Hus i Sverige regarding the previously disclosed dispute related to the Robust 2.0 project, according to a press release.Through the settlement, the legal action brought by Mobila Hus against Zenergy is withdrawn, and the parties thereby settle all matters between them related to the project. Each party will bear its own legal and litigation costs.As part of the settlement, Mobila Hus will become a shareholder in Zenergy through a directed share issue. The settlement does not mean that either party admits liability or entitlement in the dispute.The settlement removes the uncertainty caused by the ongoing dispute, and Zenergy can fully focus on its continued operations and the implementation of its business plan. The settlement also creates the conditions for the parties, should they find it commercially justified, to resume a constructive business dialogue regarding future projects.The directed share issue to Mobila Hus comprises approximately 9.58 million Class B shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.06, corresponding to issue proceeds of approximately SEK 575,000. No significant issue costs will be incurred, as the directed share issue is being handled within the framework of the ongoing rights issue.
