Ramlösa Shipping has completed the sale of its 40% stake in Capito Capital Management to Västerhavet Invest, according to a press release. At the same time, Capito has repaid an outstanding loan of DKK 2.9 million, including interest. The repayment strengthens liquidity, and the accounting impact will be recognized in the third quarter of 2026.
