The wound care company Odinwell's directed share issue to board members and senior executives was fully subscribed, according to a press release.A total of 4,085,366 shares were subscribed for at a price of SEK 0.164 per share. The company will receive SEK 670,000 before issue costs and the dilution amounts to approximately 5 percent.
