Vaccine and biotechnology company Abera Bioscience announces that 958,185 warrants of series TO2025/2026 have been exercised, corresponding to an exercise rate of 87.7 percent. Through the warrant exercise, the company receives approximately SEK 7.9 million before issue costs.The subscription price was SEK 8.20 per share, and the issue entails dilution of approximately 4.5 percent. The net proceeds will be used for the continued development of the company’s vaccine candidates and the BERA platform, as well as to strengthen financial flexibility.
