Gas exploration company Igrene is seeking a new CEO after the newly appointed board decided to let the termination of the consulting agreement with current CEO Annette Blyhammar, via Deduxo, stand. This is stated in a press release.The consulting agreement had previously been terminated for renegotiation after August 31 this year, but the board elected at the extraordinary general meeting on July 13 has decided not to sign any new agreement."Igrene is now entering a new phase to try to develop an industry around the gas deposits in Mora. In connection with this, we are adapting the company's organization so that we can realize these opportunities. With the new board in place, we are well positioned to ensure a smooth transition until a new CEO is in place," says board chairman Henrik Badin in a comment.
