Finwire about Lappland Guldprospektering AB (publ): Lappland Gold budgets SEK 250,000 for follow-up at Löparen

Lappland Gold Exploration plans 20–30 new bedrock auger drill holes around the two gold anomalies recently identified at Löparen west of Lycksele. The program is to be carried out in winter 2026/2027 and is estimated to cost about SEK 250,000 including analyses, CEO Fredrik Johansson told Finwire. The follow-up aims to clarify the size of the anomalies and whether they point to a gold-bearing source in the bedrock. The program is covered by financing from the new share issue in February 2026.If the results strengthen the picture of a gold-bearing source, the company plans a targeted core drilling program with two to three holes. The cost is estimated at about SEK 1 million and is also covered by existing financing.Such a program can only be started after this winter's bedrock auger drilling has been completed and the results have been evaluated. The company will then announce the timeline.
