Spotlight Stock Market has approved Public VC RTO2 for listing on the marketplace. The first trading day will be the day after tomorrow, July 16, according to a press release. Public VC RTO2 is a reverse acquisition company with no own operations whose purpose is to be acquired by another company in a so-called reverse acquisition, whereby the acquiring company obtains a listing on Spotlight Stock Market after the customary listing review.
