Technology company Opsy will launch OpsyGO on October 1, an AI-based service that provides decision support for insurance cases. The service can be used both as a standalone decision support tool and integrated into the company’s existing platform to provide insurance medical advisers with better supporting data. According to CEO Arne Thor, the solution will streamline processing, while the final decision is always made by the case handler. No financial details are provided.
