Medical technology company Pexa is carrying out a rights issue of up to approximately SEK 10 million to finance the expansion of international customer and research projects as well as continued commercialization of the company's platform. The issue is fully underwritten through subscription commitments from existing shareholders, the board, management and external investors. The subscription price is SEK 0.32 per B share and the subscription period runs from July 10 to 24.
