The deal was made on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.On June 18, Krona Bidco owned 9.62 million shares, which corresponds to 86.05 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.At the end of March, Krona Bidco concluded a mandatory bid for all shares in Krona, where the offer was raised to SEK 41.20 per share, from previously SEK 35.75.
