Main owner Krona Bidco bought 4,500 shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate on June 18. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 41.20 per share, a transaction worth SEK 185,400. The deal was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.As of June 16, Krona Bidco owned 9.61 million shares, corresponding to 86.01 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.Krona Bidco completed a mandatory takeover bid for all shares in Krona at the end of March, with the offer raised to SEK 41.20 per share from the previous SEK 35.75.
