Modulbostadsbolaget Zenergy has decided to carry out a rights issue of approximately SEK 32.5 million before issue costs, according to a press release.The terms of the issue are that each held share entitles the holder to seven subscription rights, where each subscription right entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share. The subscription price has been set at SEK 0.06 per share. The subscription period runs between July 30 and August 13. The last day of trading including the right to subscription rights is July 24.The issue is secured to approximately 95 percent through subscription commitments and guarantee undertakings.The dilution effect is approximately 87.5 percent of the capital and around 87.4 percent of the votes in the company.The proceeds from the issue are intended to finance the initial stages of the Värnamo project and thereby activate the conditional construction credit facility from Savelend, with the remaining portion of the issue proceeds intended to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
