Modular housing company Zenergy has established an Advisory Board to strengthen its work with property development, investments and financing after the acquisition of Konceptutvecklarna. The acquisition added a project portfolio with an estimated business value of about SEK 500 million.The advisory group consists of Torbjörn Bengtsson, Per Ryttinger, Oscar Taube and Marcus Gustafsson, all of whom have experience in property development, investments and the capital market. The group has no formal decision-making authority but is intended to support management and the board on issues relating to project development, financing and business development.According to CEO Sebastian Gustafson, the initiative is expected to help realize the potential of the company’s project portfolio, which includes projects in Värnamo, Orsa and a planned hotel in Karlskoga.
