The software company Vidhance’s CEO Johan Bolin bought 52,000 shares in the company on June 15. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 6.50 per share, a transaction worth SEK 338,000. The transaction was carried out off-market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.Johan Qviberg, board chairman and major shareholder, has reported a sale of a matching block of shares. Bolin then owns 107,000 shares, while Qviberg owns 552,513 shares, corresponding to 12.07 percent of the capital and votes in Vidhance, according to the ownership service Holdings.
