The wound care company Odinwell has received additional subscription commitments ahead of the ongoing exercise of warrants of series TO2. This is stated in a press release.Following the new commitments, the total subscription commitments correspond to approximately 20.5 percent of the maximum issue volume. In the event of full subscription, the company is expected to receive around SEK 0.85 million before issue costs.The subscription price has been set at SEK 0.164 per share. In order for the warrants not to expire worthless, holders must subscribe for shares no later than today, June 1.
