Inhalation Sciences continues the process of evaluating a possible sale of the business, with the support of advisor PharmaVentures, and expects to complete the work within nine to twelve months. The company announced in November last year that PharmaVentures had been engaged to identify and evaluate potential buyers of the business.At the same time, the company states that current financing is not sufficient to cover the need over the next twelve months. A warrant exercise in August could contribute up to SEK 9 million, but the company does not rule out additional capital measures, such as a new share issue.If an immediate capital need arises, the board will evaluate alternatives such as a new share issue.The annual general meeting will be held on June 17.
