The biogas company Biofrigas’ preliminary outcome in the rights issue shows that the issue was subscribed to approximately 71.3 percent. The company will therefore receive approximately SEK 10.6 million before issue costs.In total, 13.2 million units were subscribed for with and without the support of unit rights. Of these, 8.6 million units were subscribed for with the support of unit rights, corresponding to approximately 46.3 percent of the issue. In addition, 4.6 million units were subscribed for without the support of unit rights, corresponding to approximately 25 percent of the issue.The final outcome is expected to be announced around May 29.
