Investment company C100 has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Hunter Capital Dry Eye IPR from Hunter Capital. This is stated in a press release.The deal values the company at approximately SEK 9 million and is carried out through a set-off issue of just over 225 million shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.04 per share. The transaction is conditional on approval at C100’s annual general meeting on June 26 and is classified as a related-party transaction.The subscription price corresponds to a discount of approximately 30.6 percent compared with the closing price on May 22 and approximately 38.8 percent against the volume-weighted average price over the past 30 trading days.The dilution for existing shareholders in C100 amounts to approximately 41 percent.Hunter D-E IPR is carried at a book value of approximately SEK 1.06 million in Hunter Capital’s balance sheet. The transaction is assessed to strengthen Hunter Capital’s balance sheet and financial flexibility through the receipt of listed shares in C100.
