Modular housing company Zenergy has signed a letter of intent with a Nordic hotel operator regarding the development of a hotel project in Karlskoga. The project comprises approximately 120 hotel rooms as well as a restaurant, conference areas, a gym, and lobby areas.The parties will now, during an exclusive period, evaluate the project's technical, commercial, and financial conditions ahead of any final agreements. Zenergy states that the initiative is part of efforts to broaden the project portfolio and strengthen operations within property development. No financial details are provided.
