The nomination committee in Amido proposes that Håkan Nyberg is elected as a new member of the company’s board. In its selection, the nomination committee has focused on finding a candidate with strong financial expertise and experience in digital business models, which is assessed as central to Amido’s development as a cloud-based software company.In addition to his previous operational roles, Nyberg is currently chairman of the board of Freja eID Group and active in the credit platform Borgo. He is expected to contribute strategic expertise in areas such as digital identity and financial infrastructure as the company now scales up its operations within smart access management.
