As previously announced, research company Pharmalundensis’s main owner Staffan Skogvall will propose that the annual general meeting decide on a voluntary delisting of the company’s share from Spotlight Stock Market. The delisting is expected to be carried out in mid-July, subject to approval from the annual general meeting and that Spotlight has approved the delisting. This is stated in a press release.
