The board of the medical technology company Monivent has decided to prepare a balance sheet for liquidation purposes after indications that equity may fall below half of share capital, according to a press release. The outcome will be made public after review and may lead to an extraordinary general meeting.The company has also secured a bridge loan of SEK 8 million from existing shareholders, maturing at the end of May 2026, and is in discussions regarding financing and conversion of the loan to restore share capital. The board is said to view the progress of the process positively.
