The biogas company Biofrigas has resolved on a rights issue of approximately SEK 14.9 million before issue costs, subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting on May 7.The subscription price is SEK 0.20 per share, and the units include warrants issued free of charge which, upon full exercise, may add a further approximately SEK 26 million. Subscription commitments correspond to approximately 24 percent. The proceeds will primarily finance commercialization. The company has also received an interest-free credit facility of SEK 1 million from the board and management.The subscription period runs between May 12 and May 26.
