Opinion and market research company Novus Group appoints Ana Serafimovska as new CEO from May 7, according to a press release. She succeeds Torbjörn Sjöström, who is proposed to become chairman of the board after having led the company for 15 years. Jan Scherman is proposed as vice chairman. "Torbjörn will also continue to be involved in selected operational projects as executive chair, with a particular focus on voter opinion, customer relations and international research contexts," the company writes.Serafimovska is currently deputy CEO and CFO and has been with the company for 15 years.
