(update: addition in the last paragraph) Oliver Aleksov sold 57,622 shares between March 23 and 25 in the reverse takeover company Hunter Capital RTO1, where he is chairman of the board. The shares were sold at an average price of SEK 0.89 per share, a transaction of SEK 51,200. The transaction was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in Finansinspektionen's insider register.Aleksov thereafter owns 4.11 million shares, which corresponds to 9.05 percent of the capital and votes in the company, according to the ownership service Holdings. Hunter Capital writes in a clarification that the relevant stock sales have been carried out by Mangold Fondkommission on behalf of the company. Hunter Capital has entered into a passive sales mandate with Mangold, under which Mangold may dispose of up to 7.5 percent of Hunter Capital's shares in HC RTO 1.
