Finwire about Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB: Smoltek"s CNF-MIM capacitors exhibit stable performance in a lifetime test

The nanotechnology company Smoltek states that the company's CNF-MIM technology has shown stable electrical performance after 2,000 hours in an independent lifetime test, according to a press release. The test was conducted at temperatures of 85 and 105 degrees and, according to the company, further strengthens the reliability of the technology for use in, among other things, AI and optoelectronics. The company announced the same progress in 1,000-hour tests at 85 degrees in February. "The extended lifetime test to 2,000 hours was performed by a third party and shows yet another encouraging result for our CNF-MIM technology. Continued stable performance during long-term operation at both 85 and 105 degrees strengthens our confidence in the technology's reliability and relevance for advanced semiconductor applications," says Farzan Ghavanini, CTO at Smoltek.
