The financial group Spotlight Group's nomination committee proposes ahead of the annual general meeting on May 13 that the board be reduced in size from five to four people, according to a press release.Board member Anna Barkfeldt Stahre is not proposed for re-election.Re-election is proposed for Chair Günther Mårder as well as members Fredrik Persson, Jakob Grinbaum and Sara Uhlén.
