The technology company Ourliving has now completed the new share issues of approximately SEK 1.2 million that were approved by the extraordinary general meeting on December 30, 2025, bringing the number of shares to 108,125,451, according to a press release.The issues have been carried out through set-off in accordance with the meeting resolution. In connection with the issues, Softhouse Accelerate, Nudging Capital and former board member Nicola Dolovski have increased their holdings in the company.
