Investment company Renewable Ventures’ planned reverse acquisition Xer Tech has received operational authorization for flights beyond visual line of sight, known as BVLOS, in Switzerland. At the same time, the partner and customer TP Aviation Inspections has obtained a corresponding authorization in Hungary for flights with Xer Tech’s X8 drone. The approvals confirm the technical maturity of the X8 platform, enable advanced drone operations, and are seen as an important regulatory milestone in the company’s commercial establishment in Europe. According to Xer Tech, the national BVLOS approvals serve as key references in the continued European expansion and strengthen the potential for more collaborations with operators in advanced BVLOS missions.
