The investment company Renewable Ventures calls an extraordinary general meeting on February 28 to approve the announced reverse acquisition of the defense technology company Xer Tech. This is stated in a press release. The deal was announced on November 11 last year. Following the reverse acquisition, Renewable Ventures will change its name to Xer Tech.
