The software company Comintelli's board will evaluate the takeover bid that was submitted earlier today by Dcap Bidco, a company wholly owned by Dahlgren Capital Active Equity. The board intends to publish its formal recommendation to the shareholders within the prescribed time, according to a press release. The offer comprises all shares in Comintelli, whose shares are listed on Spotlight Stock Market. Shareholders are offered either a cash consideration of SEK 3.50 per share or a share consideration of one share in DCAP BIDCO 2 per Comintelli share.Dahlgren Capital controls, with its existing holding and binding acceptance undertakings from shareholders, a total of 64 percent of the capital and votes in Comintelli.
