Ramlösa Shipping is a type of investment company that invests in ownership stakes in vessels.Financier Peter Gyllenhammar has emerged during the autumn as the largest shareholder and he will now increase his ownership further through a directed new share issue. "We think it is very strange that Ramlösa starts and owns a fund manager whose fund then buys assets from Ramlösa. That does not sound like a viable long-term path to value creation", writes Affärsvärlden and criticizes the company for a lack of transparency as the reporting is difficult for outsiders to follow. "We still feel great skepticism and renew our sell recommendation", writes the newspaper.
